The apartment has all amenities, including basic electricity, Smart TV, water and high-speed fiber internet. It also comes with a washer/dryer and 2 bicycles.

The basic electricity allotment is 15 kWh per day. This allotment could be exceeded if you use the air conditioning continuously even when you are not in the apartment or if you use the clothes dryer every day. If you exceed this value, it will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 3 pesos per kWh.

Your full deposit will be refunded if there are no damages, missing items or if hydro amount does exceed the maximum described.
