Located approximately 4.5 km from the beach, approximately 15 minutes by local bus. The apartment has all amenities, including basic electricity, Smart TV, water and high-speed fiber internet. It also comes with 2 bicycles.
The basic electricity allotment is 15 kWh per day. This allotment could be exceeded if you use the air conditioning continuously even when you are not in the apartment. If you exceed this value, it will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 3 pesos per kWh.
Your full deposit will be refunded if there are no damages, missing items or if hydro amount does exceed the maximum described.
